About Christine

I believe that creativity is not just about making art—it’s about finding your way back to yourself.

At times, life can feel overwhelming, and despite our best efforts, we can lose connection with our path. In those moments, gentle self-reflection can guide us home again. Art offers a powerful and accessible way to reconnect—with our thoughts, our emotions, and our inner strength.

I’m a Certified Therapeutic Art Practitioner and Educator with over twenty-five years of experience teaching creative arts in both studio and community settings. My work is rooted in the belief that artmaking can calm the mind, support emotional clarity, and open the door to personal insight.

Through guided creative prompts, I offer a safe and supportive space for exploration. You don’t need any prior art experience—only a willingness to show up with self-compassion and curiosity. The process is what matters most.

My Approach

My practice blends therapeutic art techniques with a deep respect for each individual’s unique journey. Whether you are seeking clarity or simply a moment of peace, creative expression can help you access parts of yourself that words often cannot reach.

In our work together, you’ll be invited to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals through a variety of art media. This process is not about creating something “perfect”—it’s about discovering what is true for you.
